If you won $100 this afternoon, what would you do with it?
Most likely buy lunch and then maybe a new pair of shoes, or dress pants that fit.
Euh... ok, here's where my mind runs rampant...
Tonight's episode... Wendy talks to Sara about Hodges, and about Grissom's recent sleeping patterns. NOW: Wendy could be hinting at the idea she knows about Griss and Sara, but doesn't want to be too obvious with Ecklie always lurking. OR: Wendy could be clueless, and Sara is panicking internally and spins it back so that Wendy's confused.
Next week's episode is titled "End Happy" and so it could be anything, but I'm thinking GSR will be no more but something towards the end causes them to not completely hate each other at the moment.... something to do with the next episode.... and I have nothing to contribute for "Leapin' Lizards" so it could be in the tracking stage of the Miniatures Killer case leading up to...... "The Good, the Bad, and the Dominatrix" Lady Heather! She's the miniature killer! At the very least she's why the Little Creepy Sally is used as a signature. Red hair, green eyes, blood being a symbol for pain. Either she's represented as the bloody kewpie doll [fellow foster sibling is exacting revenge because they witnessed Lady H. being violated and the bleach is the trigger because they were ordered to clean up ... afterwards. OR she is still the kewpie doll but the blood is a representation of the tower of heiarchy... you need to maintain control and your cool, to remain at the top. Somtimes, tho, a little blood is shed stabbing the others trying to climb up.
Oh dear. I just had a terribly naughty fanfic thought about the final episodes title. Ehrm... what if Lady H. was tutoring Grissom & Sara in relaxing and letting go [flash back scene to allow viewer to figure out their relationship timeline]. Not necessarily sexual. Tho, that's where my brain went. Yeppers, it did! Hmm, but I did miss several episodes last season, was it? Yeah, where Lady Heather and her daughter are in one of the storylines. But glimpses of them suggest either a sour ending or the continued fascination by both parties. Clearly platonical, unless they had something and broke it off, but have respect & intrigue for one another, and Grissom finds help from Lady Heather regarding the whole Sara thing.
CSI: 07x20 "Lab Rats"
Hodges probes the miniature murders and persuades some of his fellow lab rats to join him while the CSIs are in the field probing other crimes.
Quite possibly the best episode, ever! Anyone wanna claim the rights to the fanfic that is currently being played before us [CDST and maybe PDST]? Because someone in the fanfic world is due a lot of money.
Otherwise, would one of you talented writers transcribe the episode, but in fanfic fashion? Do not add your extra bits. After that's done and written out on fine paper in caligraphy, so that I may cherish it forever... feel free to let your energetic muse out of its cage and give me an epic!
Regular customer at the Sweet O gave me a copy of Lego Star Wars II. Been trying to install for about 25 minutes now. Ah. It's done.
April and I are tenatively scheduled to go shopping today. With what money, I don't know. $17 to my name right now. Approximately $7 on my CTA card. Still have to go into work today at six. Might have to cancel on her. Always up for window shopping, but this adventure seems to warrant actual spending money. Even if it's at resale shops. Perhaps, I can find a currency exchange that will cash my check. Not as easy at you'd think.
Wanted to go over to Myopic this morning to sell off several books I've collected this week. Unfortunately, the morning buyers aren't there until tomorrow. Guess that'll have to wait. It's ok though, since I'll need a bit of cash for tomorrow anyway. Going with April, Jesse and hopefully Marvin to see Crispin Glover at the Music Box. Yay!
On the 27th, I'll have a new job. It's going to be amazing! Now, to quit the Sweet O. I've never had the opportunity to give 2 week notice before. The prospect is a bit scary... I'm worried they'll hold out on paying my last wages like the others who've quit. Sure, in three months time, things might be better legally/financially for S.O., but the job I've taken pays much more for equal amount of hours. John and Andy have been good to me when I needed it most. And even when, by all rights, I should've been sacked. I feel as though I owe John the courtesy of more than a couple of days notice.
Damn. LimeWire still won't shut down.
Hmm, I'd like to try mobile posting. Would make the super slow night of closing a lot more enjoyable. Though, who's actually reading this anymore? *grins*
Gypsy Miller is THE BEST impersonator of Celine that I have ever seen! Of course, she does Cher, too! Fab-U-lous!
Wonder if she does shows in Chicago...
President Bush is interrupting my programs!
Uh... no, America does not have the best technology in the world. That'd be Japan.
Mexico is our neighbour and friend, but the people are apparently not.
Hmm, I'm watching WOCH [a local station broadcasting Korean shows] at the moment. The advertisments are sometimes in Korean, and sometimes in English... and sometimes with subtitles, and sometimes not.
The show is back on... a dating gameshow of some sort. It's been very interesting with the sound off. And there are subtitles in what I can only guess, in my uneducated brain, another form of Korean. Now, I've turned the sound up to reveal a female contestant faking an orgasm, men singing, and now proposing. Hmmm...
I'm sick. Again. Nasty cough and a stuffy nose. Thursday and Friday off from work. I requested Monday and Tuesday off, but since Andy [one of the owners who normally doesn't do the schedule] finally finished the schedule Wednesday night, I'm not sure I'll get the days off.
By the way, I work at an ice cream shop. Normally short-staffed, but everyone is fun to work with. Customers are great, though sometimes demanding. I don't care for closing, though the tips are better. Summer is going to be a bear with not closing until 11 during the week and midnight or later on the weekends. In fact, the job isn't so bad, but I knew my Subway experience would come back to haunt me. Andy threw me on deli... and ice cream, which doesn't always work out when I'm with an ice cream customer/group and suddenly a sandwich or salad needs to be made.
We're hiring. Desperately needed. Yet, there are new positions that some of the employees should be trained for, or have been there long enough to be offered the position, etc. Andy told us Wednesday "don't worry, your pay will stay the same". My work mates and I are seriously thinking about putting in applications.
Yay! Episode 147 of Dangerous Love is on!
[returns after the show]
Now... some goofy show.
MYHOUSE NEXTHOUSE CONSTRUCTION 3FLAT BURNTHOUSE
In the middle of NCIS, I hear a fire engine go by... then another and another and another. All total there were a minimum of 8 trucks. Damen, from Belmont to Roscoe was shut down. All of School Street from Damen to at least Wolcott was cordoned off. The house is still standing but gutted. The 3 flat was used to put the fire out. Gentleman who owns it wasn't home. Not sure if it caught on fire, though the fire brigade did spray it down.
Karen Katz is the woman who owns the house. She believes the Holocaust never happened. A few years back she had over 100 cats in the house. Before a warrant could be obtained to remove the kitties, she moved them out.
Channel 2 [CBS] came out and wanted to interview me, my landlords and the lady that lives next door. We all said no. They declined because Mrs. Katz previously threatened my landlords after the 100 cat ordeal. I simply didn't have enough information.
I missed the rest of NCIS but now House is on... see you later.
I'm moving to Chicago, not Seattle.
Ticket has been booked for December 14th. Non-stop to O'Hare departing Little Rock at 2:40pm
Wheeee! Time to pack and all that good stuff.
